Junk food, television, computers and video games, in addition to the reduced number of hours schools are devoting to physical education have led to an obesity epidemic and related heath problems in young people, including juvenile diabetes. A lack of physical activity is one of the greatest threats to the young population because bad habits learned early in life are carried into adulthood. At SWANN, we consider healthy young people in good physical shape a priority.

How can you convince your children to be active?

Children often imitate their parents. If you are active, they probably will be as well. At SWANN, young people aged 11 and up can work out with or without their parents. Since they are supervised by our trainers, there is no need to worry.

At SWANN, we know that young people want to HAVE FUN! That is why we have equipment that is fun and easy to use!

Our pneumatic equipment was designed for adults, but can be adjusted for young adolescents, allowing them to attain their physical fitness level at their own rhythm. No competition, no intimidation. Since the level of exertion does not exceed what is programmed, there is no risk of injury!
