  • The Foundation Of Heart Disease advises to avoid alcohol in order to reduce risks of heart disease and cerebral vascular accidents. Women who are healthy and active can permit one glass per day.
  • Drink approximately 2 liters of water per day.
  • To obtain good health, healthy food is of primary importance. Eat good food, vary your menus and read the labels. Also, ensure you eat enough cereal products, fruits and vegetables, meat and fish, as well as dairy products. Be careful of sugars, bad fats and salt. Aim for a healthy weight!
