Drink Water! Water for our body is like oil for an engine, it is thus essential to drink approximately 2 liters per day to ensure proper hydration and to eliminate well.
Do not skip meals! Skipping meals (in a weight loss diet) leads to compulsive eating and/or eating amounts that are excessive.
Any frustration involves compensation and most of the time, this compensation is food. Eat small meals more often, at least 3 meals and 2 snacks daily. It is much easier to digest and you won't have time to get famished.
If you have a surplus of fat concentrated around the abdomen, aim at losing this excess fat, it is detrimental to your health.
If you already tried to follow a diet to lose weight, you know how difficult it is. Like many people, perhaps you have switched from one diet to another only to regain the weight. The reason that the majority of diets don't work is because they don't emphasize the need for a permanent change in food habits and the integration of physical activity into our daily routines. They also do not take into account the reasons for the weight gain in the first place.
Beware of emotions! Much of the time we eat away our emotions with each event that disrupts our lives: family problems, heartbreak, frustration at work, financial problems, etc. One should not avenge with food since the only one you punish is yourself.
To control your weight, change your food habits; replace them with healthy foods and more physical activity. The best way to accomplish this is to introduce changes one at a time.
