SWANN, it’s a passionate and ambitious team which devotes itself to the mission of helping people improve their lives, by educating them on health fitness, healthy eating habits and by allowing them to discover the beneficial effects of physical training.

SWANN was founded in May 2003, by Anne Cloutier and Marc Scremin, two passionate supporters of physical training and health, to answer to the growing demand for top of the line circuit fitness centers built exclusively for women. Their personal experience of more than 15 years in this field has allowed them to build an entirely Canadian firm in a field in full development which is called to take more and more expansion.

Louis Raduly, franchise development director

In March 2005, following an opening at SWANN, he became director of operations. Since then, Louis has been working as franchise developement director. He has always been passionate about training, health and fitness: «These aspects are so important in people’s lives. My occupation allows me to transmit this passion to our new franchisees. » «We have a product which distances itself from others, thanks to the support we give to our franchisees. SWANN is not only a health fitness center, but also is a way of life to change your destiny and improve your quality of life. »

Lise Groulx, administrative assistant

Lise is enthralled by her role within the firm. She manages the promotions and publicity departments. She assures the link between franchisees and media. It is also Lise who approves local publicities. Her professionalism and her kindness are much appreciated by the franchisees.

Connie Gadreau, administration

Connie has been with the team since the very beginning and is responsible for everything having to do with accounts receivable and payable, as well as the SWANN / Gymm administration. She also takes care of incorporation documents for franchisees, as well as the link between the banks and the franchisees. Thanks to her “joie de vivre” Connie contributes in making this experience a less stressful one for the franchisees.
